Vendors Welcome

We are looking for vendors to exhibit at our national conference held each year in January. This year it will be January 21st - 24th at the Cove, the Billy Graham Training Center near Asheville, NC. We will have an exhibit hall to be open only on the January 22nd from 12:30 - 4:30. This will allow you to get in and get out without spending extra time and money staying for the complete conference. Of course you may register separately to attend the conference if you wish through the website by clicking REGISTER above.

We are introducing a professional program to assist you in reaching us as customers and allow us to develop symbiotic relationships. The professional program is broken into three levels:

Preferred supporting provider
This status is given to a vendor who has been referred by a member camp. They are allowed 1 space at the conference exhibit hall. They are given a list of conference attendees which represents 50 camps! They may add a banner link to be placed on the Christian Camp Leaders’ website. As a professional supporting vendor they will be spotlighted on a rotating basis on the website. They will have business card size recognition in the conference materials. To become a preferred supporting provider you must be recommended by a member camp, participate in the camp conference and the cost is $425 annually.

Supporting provider
This status is given to a vendor who has been referred by a member camp.
It includes 1 space at the conference exhibit hall, a list of conference attendees and a listing in the conference materials and a line link on the CCL website link page. To become a supporting provider you must participate in the camp conference and the cost is $250 annually.
 

Participating provider
This level is given to any vendor who would like to become part of the CCL program. It includes 1 space at the conference exhibit hall and a listing in the conference materials. The cost is $150 annually.
 

All exhibitors are encouraged to participate in the conference give away and/or silent auction activities. Please provide actual items when appropriate.

All interested non-profit ministry related applicants who are recommended by member camps receive a 25% discount. The CCL reserves the right of approval of all promotional materials and participation is this program. We represent Christian Camp and Retreat programs and strive to honor Jesus Christ in all we do.
