My name is Josh Tinkler. I am the proud parent of Makenzie and Elisha along with my wife Melissa. I am 25 years old and am still seeking to go where ever God leads me and my family. I have 3 years of a partial Contemporary Worship degree under my belt and still have a huge passion for music, however I am really feeling drawn to some kind of outdoor ministry. So I thought church camps would be the ideal place to look. I must admit I do have a bit of a wild/crazy spark in me. A few years ago I worked for Confrontation Point in Crosspoint, TN and fell in love with rock climbing and got to go down the Ocoee River, White water rafting 7 times in one summer!
I am an Eagle Scout, where I have acquired much of my outdoor knowledge and experience. I've also worked multiple weeks of camp as a counselor and have been trained as a low and high ropes course facilitator. I really do have a wealth of knowledge even though I am only 25. I don't want to boast, but these are the things I feel you need to know about me because I don't have a college degree. I don't want that fact cause you to skip over me.
